Christian Leadership Training Institute
C.L.T.I. is not run as a traditional church based Bible institute. There are 5 trimesters and classes are taught with videos made specifically for leadership training through the International School of Ministry. ISOM uses well known and gifted pastors, teachers and ministers to teach each of these courses, giving the student the opportunity to learn from the best!
It is our desire to train "called" believers for active Christian service - to prepare them for the work the Lord has called them to. Paul tells us God has instituted pastors, evangelists, prophets apostles and teachers to "prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up" so hat "we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by every wind of teaching." (Ephesians 4:12, 14). We do not desire to train believers for the purpose of education alone. Christian education was never meant to be an end in itself, but a tool to equip the believer to fulfill the call of God on his or her life! In light of our "faith emphasis" we will be very selective in accepting students to study with us here at C.L.T.I. Only students serious about serving the Lord in ministry will be accepted!
Although we do offer our students the opportunity to receive their Associates Degree, our emphasis is not on accreditation or certification, but on preparation and qualification for ministry!

General Information
Classes are held on Saturday Mornings from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
First Period: 10:00 AM - 10:55 AM
Second Period: 11:00 AM - 11:55 AM
Chapel Service: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Lunch: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
Third Period: 1:00 PM - 1:55 PM
The trimester is viewed as a whole and the student passes or fails the whole trimester rather than individual classes.
Trimesters are 12 weeks in length and students must have an 80% attendance (26 of the 32 hours of class-work) to pass the class.
Students must have a 60% average in order to pass the trimester. Since all course exams are equally weighted, a failing grade on one course exam can be improved by a better grade on another exam. According to ISOM standards, students pass or fail by trimester, not by a specific course and corresponding exam. As long as their final average percentage for the trimester is 60% or greater, the student may move on to the next trimester.
All classes are in English but are available in Arabic, French, German, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Spanish and many other languages. A minimum of 10 foreign speaking students must register for any other language to be used.

Fees
The $15 non-refundable Application Fee must accompany your application. Upon acceptance into the school it is credited to your registration.
The registration fee is $65.00 to be paid on the first day of class.

Degree Fee - Depending on which school you choose to receive your Associates Degree from a fee is required to be paid to the issuing institution. It is between $150.00 and $240.00 the whole amount goes to the issuing institution.
*This school is operating under the principles of Philippians 4:19 ("And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus'). We do not charge tuition to train the people of God. We do, however, collect an offering in the chapel service every week and ask each student to prayerfully consider how much to give.
